  • Michael Menke

    Managing Director

    Career

    Michael Menke founded PB Factoring GmbH together with Monika Loock-Weber in 2002. As Managing Director, Mr. Menke is responsible for the administration department. Additionally, he was the Managing Director of Postbank Leasing GmbH until August 31, 2026.

    Mr. Menke has a long-standing knowledge of the factoring industry. His career began in 1991 after studying business administration in the Bertelsmann Group, where he gained experience in various management positions in the finance industry.

     

  • Oliver Böhm

    Managing Director

    Career

    Oliver Böhm is Member of the Management Board and Chief Risk Officer/CRO of PB Factoring GmbH. He is also Global Head of Working Capital Risk Management at Deutsche Bank AG. Additionally, Mr. Böhm represents the German Factoring Association as member of the board on a voluntary basis.

    Mr. Böhm has extensive knowledge of the factoring industry. After successfully completing his studies in business administration with a focus on banking and holding professional positions at Dresdner Bank and the factoring division of the DZ Bank Group, Mr. Böhm joined PB Factoring GmbH in 2003. There, he held various responsible positions in risk management and regulatory functions of the company. For over 20 years, Mr. Böhm has been actively involved in the German Factoring Association, initially from 2003 as a member of the Legal Committee and from 2009-2025 as a member of the Compliance & Regulatory Committee. At the 2025 General Assembly, he was elected to the board by the members of the association.

  • Tobias Hasper

    Managing Director

    Career

    Tobias Hasper is responsible as Managing Director for the Sales & Service departments. He brings a wealth of experience in corporate banking, having worked extensively in the lending sector and in supporting and advising medium-sized and large corporate clients. His career began at Commerzbank and DZ Bank, and in 2007, he joined Postbank/Deutsche Bank. During his tenure there, he successfully led various teams and departments. Prior to his previous position as Chief Representative of PB Factoring GmbH on July 1, 2025, he served as the Regional Manager for Postbank’s Corporate Banking division in the Southwest region, encompassing Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Saarland.

    Tobias Hasper has additionally served as Managing Director of Postbank Leasing GmbH since September 1, 2026.

  • Selda Baran

    Managing Director

    Career

    Selda Baran is the Managing Director of PB Factoring GmbH, responsible for the Finance division. She gained her extensive finance and leadership experience within the Deutsche Bank Group after starting her career in auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her core competencies include financial controlling, governance and accounting according to HGB and IFRS.
